Booth Location and Display Hours

Location: The Westin Monache Resort. Exact location of your exhibit inside the Westin will be communicated in advance of the event.

Set Up: All set up must be complete and exhibits ready by 1:30 pm.

Tear Down: All tear down cannot commence before 5:00 pm.

Booth Requirements

Equipment provided by event organizer:

  • 1 linenless table (shared – 6 feet)*
  • 2 chairs
  • Electrical outlet (only if requested in advance)

*Note that no linen is required as the table is designed to be used without linen.

Booth Fees

Vendors who are members of the Mammoth Lakes Chamber of Commerce will be given a booth for free. Non-Chamber members will be charged $75.
