Why become a vendor?

The Mammoth Lakes Event & Wedding Expo is the best way to show off what you have to offer for meetings, groups, weddings and more. Get connected with 30 other area vendors to build partnerships while meeting new clients and growing your network.

Booth Location, Hours & Specs

Location: The Westin Monache Resort. Exact location of your exhibit inside The Westin will be communicated in advance of the event.

Set Up: All set up must be complete and exhibits ready by 2:30 p.m.

Tear Down: Tear down cannot commence before 6:00 p.m.

Equipment provided by host venue:

  • 1 shared 6-foot linenless table – no linen required, table designed to be linenless
  • 2 chairs
  • Electrical outlet (please request in advance if needed)

Booth Fees

Vendors who are members of the Mammoth Lakes Chamber of Commerce can reserve a booth for free. Non-Chamber members will be charged $80 for a booth. If you are interested in exhibiting, please fill out the following form, and someone will contact you within 3 business days.
